venITure provides services between 09:00 and 18:00 CET on working days, except Saturdays. The response time is also measured within this period.

Services outside these periods are handled as follows:

Travel costs and expenses as well as other expenses incurred by venITure for the execution of the order will be reimbursed in an appropriate amount, at least according to the flat tax rates, unless the parties agree otherwise.

Requests that are not submitted via the customer portal are not subject to the SLA.

We are off on German holidays

venITure provides services taking into account the local time, as a rule, on working days except for Saturday between 09:00 and 18:00. For services provided before 09:00 and from 18:00 - 23:00 on working days except for Saturday, a surcharge of 25% will be added to the invoice. From 23:00 and on Saturdays a surcharge of 50%, and on Sundays and holidays with a surcharge of 100% will be charged additionally.
